About Our Firm

We are not a credit repair organization. We do not charge you any monthly fees to “fix your credit”.  We are attorneys. Our Florida identity theft attorneys use federal law, specifically the Fair Credit Reporting Act to file claims in court and seek money damages for our clients in connection with inaccuracies on their credit report.

We are lawyers that fight to fix your credit. We do this by bringing a claim against credit reporting bureaus such as Transunion, Experian and Equifax to name a few.  The law that governs most of what we do is called the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It is a federal law that can be used to hold credit bureaus accountable for their failure to correct your credit report and make sure that all of the information on your credit report is accurate.

If you have been a victim of IDT, or have inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information in your credit report the credit bureaus have a duty to cooperate with you and clear your credit. We can help you with that process by bringing a claim against the Bureaus for you.

In addition you may have a claim against the entities who’s negligence resulted on your identity being compromise to being with. We may be able to help you by bringing a claim and seeking money damages against said entity as well.

What We Do

We are lawyers. We are not a credit repair organization, like the kind that takes your money every month and makes promises to fix your credit.  Instead we are lawyers that can represent you in bringing a claim against a credit reporting bureau for failing to fix the mistakes on your report once your identity is stolen.  Additionally we may be able to bring  a claim against any party who’s negligence resulted in your identity being stolen.

4 Easy Steps:

  1. Put the Credit Bureaus on notice via Dispute letter.
  2. Put your lending institutions and creditors on notice via dispute letter.
  3. Notify Law enforcement.
  4. Under the Law the Credit Bureaus have a duty to cooperate with you and clear your credit. If they fail you may have a claim against them.  In addition you may have a claim against any any party who’s negligence resulted in your identity being stolen.  We can represent you on those claims.

Locations We Serve

Not only do we know how to litigate a Fair Credit Reporting Act case, but we have substantial trial experience that takes our ability to prosecute to another level. Most consumer / FCRA lawyers don't have trial experience like we do.
